High Tech Website – No Social Media sizzle

May 28, 2014/0 Comments/in Social Media, Testimonials, Uncategorized, Web Design/Development/by SocialImpact

“It really opened us up a whole new arena for Downing Frye, and the impact can not be overstated.”

“We know we should be using You Tube to market our firm, but we don’t want to just jump in and not doing it properly, and we need help.” stated Mike Hughes, the general manager for Downing Frye Realty.

It started out as a conversation on how to utilize you tube to market their company and improve their listings ability to attract an audience.

Watch, as  Mike Hughes, General Manager of Downing Frye Realty, Inc. explains the process they went through in their web development.

That conversation lead to a transformational approach for utilizing many social media web platforms across multiple electronic channels.

The Downing Frye website had some great features that allowed their agents to create websites, personal profiles and various other tools that we didn’t want to disrupt. Yet, the site was made by great technical geeks, without an easy method to utilize some needed marketing web platforms.

Downing-Frye-NewsletterAs we reviewed the many parts of their business procedures and marketing efforts, it was determined to integrate a blog site into their website that can easier use various web tools, apps, and plugins. This included a new email marketing program to be used for inter and outer office communication.

Downing Frye had many great marketing tools in place, but we figured a way to take what was already being done, and put their current program on steroids through a new electronic mail format to better track how successful their current efforts were working.

A comprehensive marketing strategy was drawn up and put in to play.

The ultra busy selling season delayed the initial start-up, but now we fully implement the process to be running in high gear for the summer and the next selling season.

Mike Hughes last comment, “It really opened us up a whole new arena for Downing Frye, and the impact can not be overstated.”

Of course we really like that!
