Art of Giving – Naples

Art of Giving Naples Website

For the past 35 years, Trinity-by-the-Cove Episcopal Church has raised funds to support Collier County charities. For many years, the Naples Art & Antiques Show provided the lion’s share of this funding. The show was later replaced by a new venue called The Fine Art of Living.

This year, the committee wanted to re-brand with a name that more closely reflects the purpose of their fundraising events, and to promote the understanding that generosity to those less fortunate rewards the human spirit and enriches lives. With this decision, The Fine Art of Living became The Art of Giving. The name change required a new website and a fresh new look as well as the functionality to sell tickets online.

Because my wife, Kaydee, is a huge Downton Abbey fan, she was immediately excited about promoting this year’s featured fundraiser, “Lunch with The Right Honorable Countess of Carnarvon.” Lady Fiona Carnarvon resides in Highclere Castle, the home used in the filming the PBS Masterpiece Theatre classic. In addition to a prominent slide show, the  site’s new design features the group’s mission, organizers, sponsorship opportunities and partners and much more.

CLICK HERE for more information on this year’s exciting event, “Lunch with The Right Honorable Countess of Carnarvon, who will share personal stories and anecdotes during her presentation: Highclere Castle:  Home Of Downton Abbey — A Worldwide Legend.  Her talk will highlight the castle’s art and antiquities, the gardens designed by Capability Brown, and memorable occasions entertaining royalty and other distinguished guests through the centuries.
